With a background in fashion and design, Aldo brings an unmistakable blend of style and structure to technical repairs. He’s never just leading a team. He’s setting a standard for what modern gear repair can look like: functional,
sustainable, and beautiful.
Now leading our Arc’teryx Repairs Department, Aldo continues to blend creative precision with practical
innovation. Whether he’s mentoring new team members or fine-tuning repair techniques, his leadership keeps our work looking sharp and performing even sharper.

Rising Brands has officially become its own department, and if there’s anyone built to guide that evolution, it’s Geovanni Rodriguez.
Geo has been part of the fabric of Gear re-Store’s story for a while, steadily growing into a leader who understands both the people and the process behind great repair work. He has a rare knack for balancing structure with flow; knowing when to streamline, when to create space, and when to crank up the tunes and get things moving.
Before joining Gear re-Store, Geo led large-scale production and manufacturing projects for brands and organizations that demanded precision, from TSA contracts to military apparel. That background shows up daily in how he runs the Rising Brands department: organized, efficient, and always thinking three steps ahead.
Under his leadership, the Rising Brands team is scaling operations, improving repair processes, and strengthening our relationships with emerging and established partners alike. Geo makes it all look effortless… even when we know it isn’t.

When it comes to gear that performs in the wild, Nic knows the stakes. Why? Because he’s been there. From climbing trips to backcountry adventures to guiding to managing outdoor teams, he’s spent years living the life our repaired gear is built for.
He’s the kind of leader who can talk carabiners and seam tape in the same breath and knows exactly why both matter. What sets Nic apart is how seamlessly he translates field knowledge into repair expertise. He understands the “why” behind every fix: that a jacket isn’t just fabric, it’s warmth on a summit; that a zipper isn’t just hardware, it’s reliability miles from the trailhead.
His eye for technical precision and his respect for performance gear drive the entire Patagonia repair team to new heights of quality and consistency.
